WAM! Wine, Art and Music 2014: a Sneak Preview of What's Coming June 15 to the Rotary Centre for The Arts

This amazing evening is filled with entertainment, food and friends. Join in the fun at the Rotary Centre for the Arts this June for the fifth annual WAM! fundraiser.

A Fun and Safe Evening of Indulgence

The Rotary and its partners, Audi Kelowna, The Daily Courier and Odlum Brown look forward to the fourth annual WAM! On June 15th Beginning at 7:30pm, guests will be wined, dined and entertained responsibly at this safe ride home event. WAM! makes the connection between farm and table, and features the Okanagan's best chefs, artists, musicians and winemakers.

Tickets Benefit Local Community Programs

WAM! is a night filled with art of many kinds. Performers and musicians entertain visitors as they sample decadent food and drink from around the region. Tickets for this popular Kelowna event cost $89.00, and proceeds benefit community and educational programs at the Rotary Centre for the Arts. Groups of ten can purchase tickets for $80.00 each, so invite some friends and enjoy one of Kelowna's favourite evening events.

Built On A Foundation Of Inspiration

Support local community programs and businesses, and come out for a night of food, wine and entertainment at one of the most stunning buildings in the city's cultural district. The Rotary Centre for the Arts provides children and artists an inspirational space to work, learn and grow. The centre is the hub of Kelowna's culture and art scene, and is built on a historic site once owned by the Growers Supply Company. The Kelowna Visual and Performing Arts Society was thrilled to see the facility open in 2002. The building gives the community access to a much needed multi-purpose performance and arts space.

What to Expect at This Popular Event

Last year the event featured beautiful art, movement and music, along with some of the best food and drink in the Okanagan. 20 food stations, 11 wineries and 8 talented chefs shared their culinary skills at the fundraiser last June. This year will be much the same, as organizers, artists and businesses bring the best of the Okanagan to WAM!
